At Infinity Peer Support, we believe wellness comes from doing what you love and learning new ways to thrive. Our calendar is packed with a wide variety of groups that focus on creativity, physical health, and practical life skills.
Whether you want to get active, get creative, or get focused, there is a group waiting for you.
Emotional Well-Being
Our support groups provide a safe container for members to express vulnerability and experiences without fear of judgment. Together with their peers, members explore different perspectives on mental health and wellness. By using frameworks like Intentional Peer Support (IPS), members learn to navigate their experiences and build connections that validate their experiences.

- WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)

Physical Health
Mental health and physical health are inextricably linked; therefore related groups recognize that the body influences the mind. Skill Building

These skills positively enhance members’ capabilities to plan and manage their wellness.
- Book Club

Life Skills
Focusing on life skills bridges the gap between attending support groups and living a self-directed, independent life. Members regain or build the confidence needed to navigate everyday life responsibilities, which can sometimes be overwhelming and a barrier during recovery. By mastering the tasks of daily living, members feel empowered and in control of their own recovery journey.
- SMART Goals
Using a template of Setting & Achieving Goals Frameworks and techniques in order to help members set, track, and achieve personal, emotional, or behavioral goals.
- Team Building
